The property is owned by the Selwood Housing and leased by the Trust. The bungalow is very well equipped and provides an excellent standard of care to the five people who live here, some of whom have visual impairment. Two vehicles, one of which is adapted for wheelchair use, are provided as the home’s dedicated vehicles.
The staff group include a manager, a deputy manager and up to nine support workers.
