Erica Pryce
Chief Clinical Operations Executive

I joined the trust as the Care Operations Manager and Trust Clinical Lead in January 2018 – I am still here so that has to be a good sign! So far, I have found the Trust to be an engaging and welcoming place to be, where some truly exceptional individuals live and work.

I am a psychiatric nurse with an eclectic background of nearly 20 years in the world of health and social care. Over the last 20 years, my passion for the delivery of good quality care and nursing has burned brightly and continued to grow. I have a background in social care, community, crisis and dementia nursing, safeguarding, quality assurance, as well as having worked with people with a dual diagnosis of an LD and Mental health and with homeless people and those that have substance misuse issues.

I bring my skills and experience to work alongside the team to offer truly exceptional services where residents are happy and living the life they choose and staff are satisfied and proud to be providing the support required. I have always worked on an open door policy and want to be accessible to all staff and those who receive WHCT services, as well as their circle of support, so never be afraid to contact me and ask to see me or chat on the phone.

Yvonne Davis
Human Resources Executive

As a CIPD qualified HR professional I bring extensive HR experience from the private, public and voluntary sectors to my role at the White Horse Care Trust. 
I have worked within Education, Social Services and in business sector industries as diverse as Engineering, Insurance and Retail. I joined the Trust in 1999 and during this time, I have been part of an ever growing and ever developing organisation, working with a remarkable management team that is committed to a culture, where our clients needs and care remain placed at the centre of all the decisions we take. 

The key to the Trust’s success is our staff and the recognition that recruiting, training and engaging people with the right skills and values is essential to ensure that the people we support and their families receive the best possible care and support. Heather Burgess
Finance and Business Executive

I joined the Trust in June 2013 after 13 years working my way through my accountancy qualifications in large blue-chip industries and the financial sector. I admit, I found the transition from a large company to the Trust, a shock to my ‘corporate’ system, but this was soon overcome by the ‘family’ like feel the Trust presented and close knit working relationships between colleagues that works so well.

My role is varied and among other responsibilities covers such things as setting annual budgets, producing monthly management and year end accounts, tendering for contracts, managing resident’s benefits and cash management to IT management, system implementations and contract compliance.  

I manage a fantastic team of four, covering Finance, Facilities Management and Administration who I wouldn’t be without. I’m always here to advise and support our staff, service users and families whilst always ensuring the highest standards of financial propriety.
