The White Horse Care Trust works in partnership with local authority commissioners and key stakeholders, including individuals and their families, to develop personalised services that meet individual’s needs.

Opportunities for new services are always welcomed and our Supported Living staff teams offer bespoke and flexible support that enables, promotes and values independence. Establishing how an individual wishes to be supported during the planning and development stage of service delivery is key, and we work closely with all involved to provide bespoke packages that promote and value everyone for who they are whilst giving them as much personal choice as is possible.

The White Horse Care Trust Supported Living Services continues to grow steadily, with our latest service commencing in April 2018. With other opportunities identified throughout the summer, we are excited as we move through 2018 and look forward to supporting many more individuals to live positive, healthy and happy lives.

At the White Horse Care Trust, we appreciate that accessing support and transitioning from children’s services can be an emotional and bewildering time for all. If you are interested in finding out more about how we can support you, or just wish to speak with families who have been supported through this process by the Trust, we will be pleased to meet with you and share our experiences.

“My sister and I are relieved to have transferred our brothers care to the White Horse Care Trust.  We have nothing but praise for Karen Wallace, whose attention to detail and focus on John‘s needs has been really encouraging. Karen and Andrew Prowse spent time with us gathering as much information on John. Time was also taken in establishing a new team for John.  It's very early days (less than a week as I write) but John is laughing and talking, something we've not seen or heard for a while. We're now looking forward to the future with positivity“
